Nice old house, home away from home

This interesting timber house built in 1930 has lots of the original features still in place but luckily also has a washing machine, modern stove and wi-fi - in fact there was absolutely nothing lacking (except perhaps a fly-swat) and it is obvious that great care has been taken to make the visitor comfortable. The house is located in a fairly unlikely spot on the outskirts of Kaitaia but there is a lovely garden to look out onto from the back deck with lots of bird song!
There were a few steps to negotiate- a hand rail would be helpful . Nothing else.

Lovely house and garden with modern stove , microwave, fridge .. Excellent shower. Close to very good supermarket, petrol station etc.
I personally found the beds rather hard. The step down into the toilet area was potentially dangerous. Noisy location if you are a light sleeper with a freight company and a panel beater next door.
