An excellent apartment for families, very clean and good location

Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Having toilets seperate to the bathrooms was great. Handy location to choose which lift to go up each morning, very close to bus stop though the steep road when walking down after skiing was a little nerve wracking to start with but we became comfortable with it as the days went on. Sauna area very clean and pleasant. Very helpful and friendly managers. Highly recommend!

Apartment was perfect for Family Ski group. Very Spacious and well equipped. We loved the Sauna/Spa facilities and used them every day! one of Obergurgl's small supermarkets was a short walk away. The Breakfast delivery service the Hosts provide was also great - as long as you remember to get you order in on time!

If we had maxed out our group size we would have needed more "chill-out" seating.

Great spot for a ski trip

The location is great and good value for money. Staff was very accommodating allowing for early check in and late check out. Close to bus stops and not far from the nearest lift. It is a bit of a walk to the lift but easy to get to. They have great facilities and a wellness area with a sauna and steam room which was well needed after a long day skiing.

Everything was great - the room, the view, the price and location but the best thing was the authenticly warm welcome and helpfulness from the hosts. 10/10 - I'll be back!

There was nothing we did not like, perhaps the small incline we had to overcome to get to the first skilift, which left us sweating on the first day. The second and rest we just took it easy...

Worst experience I had in many years

good location if you will do ski lessons in the ski schule

Extremely rude staff, specially from the lady in the reception (I think she is the owner). We were late (45 minutes) for the check out after we decided to stay an extra day in the propriety. When I went to the reception to pay, the lady was already extremely rude with me, saying that I should have paid a day before (I wasn’t aware of that), that I was not welcome in the place. To make a long story short, she ripped the bill paper in front of me, and told me to get out of her propriety. it was the worst experience I ever had, and me my wife and 2 kids like to travel a lot. I do not recommend this place. There is a good offer of pensions around where I’m sure you can be treated properly as a customer and a human being.

March skiing at Alpenresidenz

Owners were extremely helpful. Location was great, but also quiet location with nice views up and down the valley. Underground car parking was a bonus. Wellness centre with sauna and steam room was good, although not available Saturday or Wednesday.

Toll und Gondel fußläufig erreichbar

Sehr schön und groß die Zimmer. Skikeller war super groß und grundsätzlich war es schön. Nur Achtung Haus liegt sehr am Hang, Schneeketten sollte man dabei haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
