Property is located in a very quite area in Obergurgl Everything was very clean throughout Apartment was well equipped, and decent sized Kitchen had everything needed for a perfect holiday Staff at the hotel where exceptionally friendly and accommodated all our requests with a smile Free parking

Just to be clear, we have no complaints, but the below are a few minor points for improvement. Sensors in the bathroom and toilet are a nuisance as they constantly switch off while taking a shower or they stay on all night, consider installing manual switches instead Extractors make enormous noise

Great ski in/ski out hotel.

The hotel is ski in/ski out with access to the 2 main gondolas within a minute of skiing - Hohe Mut Bahn and the Rosskerbahn. It has recently been refurbished so the rooms, bar area, restaurant area were all of a high standard. We stayed in an apartment which was bigger than expected and very well kitted out. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great apartments in great high altitude location. Great views of wildlife in late May and early June

Obergurgl is a stunning high altitude location with very good views. This hotel os fairly central to the main village with only a 300 metre downhill walk to the centre. Steep slope to village. Stunning apartment rooms though.

Limited parking. No breakfast. Some people may not be able to walk down the slope. A bit pricey for no breakfast and no facilities. In fairness, we arrived right at the very start of the summer season so they were not yet set up.

Everything is appointed as it should be, lovely new decor in dining, reception, lounge & bar area.

There isn’t anything not to like about the Alpenland.

Vriendelijkheid van de eigenaars en de accomodatie zelf.

Jammer dat we er in off-season waren, waardoor er geen hotel faciliteiten (bar, restaurant, wellness, ...) open waren en enkel appartement. Maar de appartementen waren prachtig en de hosts super vriendelijk

Enorm grote kamer (appartement)

Geen mogelijkheid meer tot eten. Maar onze gastvrouw meldde ook niet direct dat de supermarkt nog open was, dus na een lang gesprek pas te weten gekomen en daar eten gaan kopen uiteindelijk, was ook OK voor ons.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell. Wir durften schon eher in das Appartement, das war super. Vom Hotel zur Skipiste waren es nur wenige Meter. Es gibt einen Lift, der direkt zum Skikeller führt. Und es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.

Trotz vorheriger Information war unser Zimmer nicht so vorbereitet wie gewünscht. Das wurde aber schnell behoben. In der Küche wäre ein Backofen zum Aufbacken der Brötchen oder Zubereiten anderer Gerichte gut gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grenzwertig, sicher aber der immer kürzer werdenden Skisaison geschuldet. Skifahren ist zum Luxus geworden.
