Will come again - great for skiing and really good value

Amazing flat - very spacious and super new. Lovely big shower. Balcony was great in the evening. Steam room and sauna were really luxurious. For skiing it’s a 7-8 min walk from the closest lift which is easy and even easier when you leave your skis and boots at the rental shop right next to the lift (Rosskarbahn/Hohe Mut). You have nobody blocking your view from the balcony - just a wide open field and mountains - really nice to be on this side of the town.

Great location, but dirty and dreadful customer service

Great location when we got there (the listing is the wrong address). Really nice room and terrace. Building complex has decent amenities. Underground garage and ski room.

1. We stayed 7 nights, but didn't have our room cleaned or bed changed once. Upon asking the property they said we have to pay extra for cleaning. Yet this isn't an option on booking.com so prepare for your room not be cleaned, towels not changed. For €150/night I would expect at least clean towels. 2. The property listing says parking is free, yet our invoice from the owner said we were charged €70 for parking - €10/day. I raised these points with the Owner via email, who said I had to take it up with booking.com and didn't want to discuss it further. Shame as with some fresh towels I'd have given it a five star rating and not had to trouble the owner, and could have lived with the other minor issues.

would definitely return. only let down was the lack of bowls and normal sized mugs.

Never stayed anywhere so clean, everything felt brand new and fresh. not a single spec of dust anywhere and having a brand new washing sponge to use was a nice touch. mountain view too, lovely.

there wasn’t any bowls, like breakfast bowls. and the cups were too small. had to have one cup of tea using two of the small cups.

Fabulous

Spacious and modern apartment overlooking the silent side of the valley. 10’ walk from the nearest ski lift, but with depot service at the lift, this was not an issue. Included in the rental was a day of wellness in the Bergwelt hotel, which turned out to be a very nice treat.

Very hot inside and no way to regulate the heating. The living room could have been a bit more spacious, which was small in comparison with the rooms.

Modern & cozy apartment!

Amazing apartment with all modern amenities available - high end finishing overall. Spotlessly clean, spacious enough for two, absolutely value for money! The sauna & steambath (shared) were impressive. Walking distance to the centre. Staff/owner always available to help you out.

Sehr schönes Appartment in fast guter Lage

Einrichtung war sehr schön und neu

Der Weg zum Lift ist etwas schwierig und Berg auf, man kann aber über die Rezeption am dazugehörigen Hotel einen kostenlosen Fahrservice bestellen, dass kann allerdings etwas dauern, musste zum angegeber Uhrzeit nochmal 15 min warten, was schon nervig ist wenn man in voller Montur vor der Tür steht
