Anja, the hostess, is simply wonderful. She was helpful in every way, from before we arrived (helping with invaluable instructions and staying up VERY late to welcome us), to the very last minute of the stay. Add to that the really comfortable, cosy apartment, with inspiring views and top quality facilities. Everything feels well thought of, just right - we really couldn't ask for more.

Superb accommodation for week's walking in the surrounding mountains. directly from the apartment.

Luxurious, beautifully appointed apartment, with a balcony with mountain views. The TV was tuned to the BBC so we caught some of Wimbledon (including the men's final) and some of the women's world cup football. Excellent walking in the surrounding mountains, most directly from the apartment door. We even spent a night at the Ramolhaus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

These are just minor points. We knew in advance from photos that the cooker didn't have an oven, but cooked our meals very well using just the hob and microwave. Two of the three bedrooms don't have a toilet in their en-suite bathroom, and had to share the toilet just off the kitchen area, which was a little 'inconvenient'.

Central apartment ideal for skiing holiday.

Beautifully presented, spacious apartment in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the town centre and Festkoglbahn gondola. We would definitely go back again.

It was not a problem for us, but there is a short but steep section of road to be walked to and from the gondola.

Great apartment in convenient location

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Easy walk to ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Our apartment had incredible Mountain views. Stocked kitchen allowed us to cook some of our own meals. And morning bread delivery was convenient.

Very cozy, friendly staff and great location

The location of the property is very close to either the bus station, the lifts (if u don't want to go to other lifts) and to some restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Walking distance to bakery in the morning 5 min, walking to nearest lift also 5 min. Parking is very convenient in front of house. Ski equipment can be put in seperate room in the ground floor. Also very convenient is the free of charge water supply (with soda Carbonited water) in the basement of the house.

The room had a ceiling which was not suitable for my height, so I had to always walk face down. Also expectation was that the room was equipped with a little kitchen area, to at least prepare breakfast. In the street where the property is located u need to have snow chains in case of heavy snow.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wahnsinnig sauber, nette und kommunikative Gastgeberin. Das Appartement B3 ist riesig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Brötchenservice klappt super. Es gibt mehrere Balkone und was besonders hervorzuheben ist, sind die Betten: selten in Ferienwohnungen so bequem geschlafen!

Die Häuser Annakogl und Barbara liegen an der unteren Dorfstraße. Für uns war das ok (Preis-Leistung!), aber der Weg zum Skischulsammelplatz Hochfirst ist schon sehr steil und mit ganz kleinen Kindern sehr mühsam.
