Excellent ski vacation at Landaus Jenewin

We spent a very nice ski vacation at Landhau Jenewin. The apartment was very nice and clean. The sauna was excellent. The interaction with the hosts (especially with Mike) was outstanding: very helpful and knowledgeable. The ski room, with our dedicated locker, was right by the cable car, spacious and clean. Would definitely come back

We were supposed to be three couples, but one couple cancelled late. That was probably lucky, because the third room was quite small and - more important - didn't have a window. I feel this should have been mentioned in the description.

Excellent spring skiing in comfortably appointed apartment with easy access to the slopes.

The apartment was huge - comfortably slept 6 without any sofa bed in the living room. Comfortable location improved by use of ski locker at the hotel very close to the main lift.

An amazing place with excellent price-to-value ratio!

It is an amazing place with excellent price-to-value ratio. For sure I'll come back if I get to this region. The hosts communication was smooth and I got promptly the answers for all of my questions. We got at night and I asked the host to provided me with illustrated instructions for check-in. I got the pictures of all of the relevant steps for the procedure. The place is quite and cozy. Along with the hotel isn't new, everything looks like built just yesterday! Awesome level of maintenance!! Exceptional cleanliness and tidiness everywhere. Apparent is spacy and great equipped, including 4 keys for each one of us. Sauna of the place is a special pearl of the place. Quite, clean, hot. There are Finnish sauna and infrared room. Excellent place for relaxation and recreation after a long day of skiing :). By the way, despite of the special bag with sauna towels in the apartment, there are another towels in the sauna itself if needed. Location as great as well. It's about 400m from the lift, from the super and from the good restaurants. By the way, if you plan a dinner in Edelweiss care for the reservation in advance.

I was surprised not to find in the apartments such seemingly basic things as tea, coffee and soap in the bathroom. There was a coffee machine and kettle, but there was no coffee or tea.... In the sauna, it would be nice to leave water or at least glasses so that you can drink from something.

Very convenient ski room and modern, clean facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Some basic supplies missing from the apartment: bin bags washing up kit. Dishwasher instructions would be useful.

Fantastic large and practical apartment for a short stay

Friendly and lovely staff at the hotel, well-equipped very spacious apartment with lots of storage space, exceptionally clean, good strong shower, separate bathroom and WC was really helpful for 4 people in the morning, was great being able to store skis/boots at the hotel instead of the apartment as this was closer to the main ski lifts, hotel staff helped with any tiny request we had (replaced our broken kettle immediately and called a taxi for us when we needed one)

The bedrooms and bathrooms do not have proper windows in (only tiny vents in bedroom ceiling), so it was difficult to ventilate the property and it was quite hot and stuffy at night. The living room seating was quite utilitarian and only 1 small sofa (space for 2 people) so if you are staying for longer and wanting to relax in the evening it may not be so cosy and comfortable, however for just a few nights we ate at restaurants every evening so it was fine.

Exceptional

Lots of space and a good location. Obergurgl is small and the apartment has a mountain view into and up the valley. The Hotel Jenewein runs the Landhaus and the secure and heated (free) ski lockers are located at the hotel right by the gondola and chairlift. Staff from the hotel were very helpful in fixing minor glitches the same day. Excellent bathrooms and powerful showers with endless hot water.

The kitchen was not fully equipped (no corkscrew) but this was easily remedied. Microwave but no oven so not easy to self -cater with a full range of cooking options. Fine for soups, pasta, etc. No ski lockers in the building but less than 10 minutes walk to the ones at Hotel Jenewein.

Perfekte Lage im Ort. Ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und sehr geräumig. Den großen und sehr schön gestalteten Wellnessbereich hatten wir praktisch für uns alleine.

Mooi en ruim appartement met fijne sauna’s en broodjes service en Nespresso. Mooi uitzicht en Ideaal dat we ski’s in het hotel vlakbij de lift konden zetten.

De slaapbank is klein en hard. Als daar een grotere en zachtere bank voor in de plaats zou komen dan zou het Appartment prefect zijn.

Prima en ruim appartement met parkeren voor de deur

Rustig gelegen en op loopafstand van lift en skibus. Broodjesservice om 6u ‘s ochtends is perfect!

Het was behoorlijk warm, ondanks dat we de ramen op hadden. Verwarming leek niet helemaal uit te kunnen.
