Très bien placé, belle vue sur Royat, bon rapport prix/équipement. Parking privatif avec barrière, digicode sur l'immeuble, ascenseur pour les valises. Propriétaire extrêmement disponible et sympathique 😊.
Le parquet qui grince beaucoup et la mauvaise insonorisation d'un immeuble ancien (on entend tout ce que fait le voisin du dessus, surtout quand il passe l'aspirateur à 8h30 le samedi matin !)

Мы довольны проживанием в этих апартаментах. За такую низкую цену у нас не было больших ожиданий. Комнаты полностью экипированы, есть кофе и чай, предоставленные хозяином, посуда вся тоже есть, но мы не готовили. Главный плюс - наличие бесплатной парковки во дворе дома и шаговая доступность в термальный комплекс. Хозяева разрешили нам выехать после обеда, так как не было новых постояльцев, большое им за это спасибо.
стоит заменить смеситель в душе, но мы без претензий. Все понравилось.
