Proximity to bus station and to downtown Clermont. Safe neighborhood. The apartment has all amenities and it was easily accessible. It's also very clean and the host is responsive and flexible. It's very specious and accommodates three people easily. You also have all the necessities to cook and all.
There was no hot water every time we came back at night. When acquiring about the reason, the host told us that it's most probably because the building ran out hot water which was very inconvenient especially in winter. The water boiler machine didn't work and we didn't know how to activate the stove (but the host explained it to us the next morning after sending a message).
