Terrible stay

Terrible Heating system was not functional in the room so my first night it has been like sleeping in a fridge. Next morning I asked to fix the problem face-to-face at the reception, then I called three times during the day and had to re-explain every time the problem starting from beginning: it seems no one was aware of this. At my third call, I have been reassured that the problem has been solved. When back at 21h15, I entered again in a fridge: problem not solved and heating system not working. Finally the manager on duty at 21h30 changed my room: in the new room I turned fully-on the heating (that was also a fridge since heating was turned-off), went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night because of overheated room because heaters continued to heat the room and there is not an automatic temperature control. For being a business hotel overlooking a motorway, terrible as far as facilities and staff that (except for the manager on duty at 21h30 my last day), seems to be totally not interested in fixing basic problems like heating.

Great service, delicious breakfast, and clean, comfortable rooms

The hotel was truly wonderful. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Overall, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed my stay.

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was very easy to find straight off the highway. We were recommended the hotel and it had everything we needed. We drove from U.K. and there was ample free parking. I initially had booked a twin room upgraded last minute to a king superior. We found out when checking in they were overbooked but we were upgraded free of charge to the double floor penthouse suite which was even better. The facilities in the suite were brilliant and very luxurious. It was a shame we were only staying the one night. I made full use of the jacuzzi bath and it also had a large double rainfall shower. The bed was soft and comfortable and coffee machine/ kettle appreciated. We were able to book a table for dinner en route to the hotel at the cocktail bar ozzo. Steak was very good as was the sushi and cocktails. The free of use heated swimming pool was great for a morning swim and breakfast which pretty much served everything you would want buffet style was very tasty and worth the extra payment.

The gym in the basement was great and the lobby restaurant was nice.

This was the first time we stayed in the tower. The beds were not too comfy and the air conditioning was not that great.

Exceptionally good hotel and great value for money

I confess that I mainly chose this hotel because of the name (bet you’re all humming the theme tune now…) and the fact that I needed somewhere open 24 hours that was close to the motorway and cheap, so I didn’t have high expectations - but this place is absolutely superb. Modern, spacious and well appointed rooms with great air conditioning, a very nice bar with food served until 11pm, friendly staff and a great atmosphere all round. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had anywhere.

Don’t eat the pork unless cooked well.

It was clean tidy and convenient

The dinner was not good. The pork was undercook and pink inside. We were told it should be under cooked. I could not eat it all and have been with stomach problems for three days.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel with large, clean, bright rooms. Free parking and proximity to the center and the A2 highway. I was pleased to have a swimming pool and a capsule coffee maker in the room.

Disappointing

I got a really filthy room. I'm guessing because my colour (black) i got the most oldest room. Carpet was ripped out, the toilet was black and i mean literally black. The shower between the tiles was black. I thought i would have a great time luxury weekend. But it was very disappointing. After all i got a better room but its quit sad . Im sure a white family would have never gotten a room that was offered to me. Never again!

They put me in the old room in the old wing. The shower head has been broken since I checked in and I have asked the staff twice to send someone to fix it, but no one has come. The housekeeper also did not remove the used wine glass from the previous guest in the room. This is my second time staying in this hotel, and I am very disappointed.

I’ve visited before and they kindly put me on the highest floor possible after a request I made

Too expensive I was failing down the middle of the beds that were together and had bad sleeps. Breakfast not many options considering how much it is.
