Lovely room but bad quality sleep due to noise.

Nice, clean room and property. Host was lovely with a young son. Location okay to get to Oxford city via bus.

The sound insulation of the rooms was poor. If the person upstairs is walking around the creaking wakes you. This meant that I was woken before 7am most mornings and even 2am at night sometimes. Not ideal when all I wanted this place for was to sleep.

Just what I needed

The moment I went in the house although there was no one home I felt a warmed welcome by the surroundings like i was at home. Most important was that it was within walking distance and a great bus service to the John Radcliff Hospital.I only wish I had stayed from the beginning of my stay Really a excellent and caring hostess.I can't Thank you enough.

Nice and cozy！

首先向房主说声抱歉，因为我装了booking的那个手机没电了，所以没有及时查看到发给我的入住说明。但是在我入住时房主还是非常耐心地告诉我每一步的操作，真的添麻烦了。我订的房间很大，水壶、冰箱、电视全都齐全，第二天房主还给了我电扇，但是没用上哈哈哈，因为晚上睡觉我都觉得英国有点冷。浴室虽然是公用的但是又大又干净，我住了两晚好像二楼就我一个人，跟私人浴室也差不多了。总之是非常舒适温馨的入住体验！

位置稍微距离市中心有点远，公交车还算方便，牛津不大，公交车到市中心差不多三四十分钟。

òtima estadia, excelente custo/benefício

Tudo foi ótimo, obrigado à Vanessa. Em particular a limpeza foi extraordinária, tanto dos quartos como banheiro. Banheiro não aparece nas fotos, mas é muito grande. Cozinha muito grande e bem equipada. Localização ótima para quem vai para o campus de Oxford na Old Road.
