Monachile Suite & Room - Housea

The location was a fantastic to get to local attractions and also catch a train to further afield. The breakfast was at the cafe next to the apartment, lovely staff, the food is nice, lots of choice. The responses was really quick and helpful.

The stairs has lights on timers, which go off before you go down the first flight of stairs, so its dangerous as you can not get to the light switch in time for the next set of stairs. Really does need looking at. The kitchen facilities are very basic, a unit with a kettle, coffee machine. Coffee pods and sugar are provided but no milk. The coffee machine was broken, i did contact but not addressed during our 5 days there. So we had no hot drinks during our time there. There is a fridge, with 2 small bottles of water when you get there, they are not replaced each day. We didn't use the top floors, the hot tub is more like a large bath which you have to fill up, im sure it would of taken a very long time so we didn't try. There was lots of damp in that room and up the walls. There was a roof terrace however, there was no sun loungers on there to make use of it, such as shame as it would of been fantastic with the lovely weather. The noise of the bin men in the morning is really loud and feels like it lasts for ever. As the apartment is up an alley way, staff from the cafe sat immediately outside the door and quite often on the door step each day, so if the top doors were open you could hear them chatting and smell smoking. The apartment had very limited hanging space, with a few hangers, no draws.

Quando chegamos, a chave não estava na caixa. Além disso, houve um engano e um dos nossos quartos estava ocupado. No entanto, o responsável conseguiu nos colocar em outro apartamento ao lado. Perdemos uns 45 min, mas valeu a pena. E eles foram rápidos e gentis na solução desse problema

Conforto, limpeza e café da manhã muito bons!

O hotel fica a meio metro de um barzinho, que funciona até a madrugada. Os funcionários do bar ficam exatamente em baixo da janela do apartamento fazendo barulho até a madrugada.
