Apartement Jayakarta Residence 6240 Bali

Great location, good pool, apartment had all it needed.

It is a dark apartment with very bright artificial lights, but as we only slept there not a problem at all.

Dealing with David was exceptional. Communication was thorough from start to finish which made arrival and departure a breeze. Jayakarta is in such a great location with the shops and restaurants out one side and the beach the other side, not to mention the great pool facilities on the premises. When I go to Bali I am not looking for a Queensland style multi level boxy luxury apartment, I’m looking for a bit of character relevant to the country along with some beautiful gardens to walk through. Yes it old but It works. It has everything you need for families right through to older couples it’s perfect. The location of this apartment was extremely quiet. I did not hear any street noise or bar/restaurant noises nor did I hear any of the other guests.

If I had to find fault, the only thing that I wish could be better is the balcony view but this is through no fault of the owner. Unfortunately the outlook is right on to The Kumala Pantai building and guest corridors which wasn’t great. To be honest I didn’t even open the curtains which does make the apartment quite dark but considering the minimal amount of time you spend in the apartment I don’t think it was a great concern for me. There is only a TV in the living area which could be a problem for some? I didn’t watch TV so it wasn’t an issue.

the room was lovely and clean. I liked the water dispenser, no need to buy bottles of water. If I needed anything I just messaged Fito and he would reply promptly and get it done. For example I asked Fito to get the sofa bed made up and it was done. The water bottle needed replacing and Fito sorted. The holels three pools were great. The location was fantastic. Close to many bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The only thing I can think of is having two keys or the code to get into the room. A bit of a pain if I wanted to go out before my husband and then having to find him when I came back. I could have asked but this really only happened one day so wasn't a huge problem.

The property was very close to shops and restaurants and had beautiful tropical surrounds. The caretaker Fito was very accommodating within any requests and very easy to reach when needed.

Property was a bit dated however for price was not a problem
