the room was lovely and clean. I liked the water dispenser, no need to buy bottles of water. If I needed anything I just messaged Fito and he would reply promptly and get it done. For example I asked Fito to get the sofa bed made up and it was done. The water bottle needed replacing and Fito sorted. The holels three pools were great. The location was fantastic. Close to many bars and restaurants.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
The only thing I can think of is having two keys or the code to get into the room. A bit of a pain if I wanted to go out before my husband and then having to find him when I came back. I could have asked but this really only happened one day so wasn't a huge problem.

The property was very close to shops and restaurants and had beautiful tropical surrounds. The caretaker Fito was very accommodating within any requests and very easy to reach when needed.
Property was a bit dated however for price was not a problem

Great location, clean, use of facilities at next door hotel.
Fito was amazing. He looked after us very well when we needed to make some changes. His service levels are very high. We would rebook because the staff was so good.
