For us the location was great, but we do love music and each night we enjoyed the music from our balcony while unwinding

We stayed at Palmana Tropical Courtyard, Jayakarta Residence (Apartment 6212) for nearly six weeks while on holiday in Bali and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is located within the Jayakarta Resort, which meant we were able to enjoy and use all of the resort’s facilities - a big bonus and good value for money. A very special mention must go to Fito, the supervisor, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. When my husband was unwell with Bali belly, Fito kindly brought him king coconuts and bananas, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated 🥰. His care and helpfulness really stood out. Dita, the housekeeper, was also amazing! The apartment was always cleaned thoroughly, and he took great pride in his work. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located stay with wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests. We felt well looked after and would happily stay again.
