Fito was great very prompt couldn't do enough for us ,checking everything was good and great communication and instructions great beach towels and swimming pool was nice
The resort it self was pretty good,but our apartment was in a very grim area no natural light in the lounge,and the bedroom Bathroom are fully over looked into un less curtains are kept closed. The balcony we wouldn't use it was a terrible location ,even had rats running down alleyways under us room 6240, shame because the rest of the complex is nice. The gym could do with some improvements

We stayed at Palmana Tropical Courtyard, Jayakarta Residence (Apartment 6212) for nearly six weeks while on holiday in Bali and had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is located within the Jayakarta Resort, which meant we were able to enjoy and use all of the resort’s facilities - a big bonus and good value for money.
A very special mention must go to Fito, the supervisor, who truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one. When my husband was unwell with Bali belly, Fito kindly brought him king coconuts and bananas, which was so thoughtful and very much appreciated 🥰. His care and helpfulness really stood out.
Dita, the housekeeper, was also amazing! The apartment was always cleaned thoroughly, and he took great pride in his work.
Overall, it was a comfortable, well-located stay with wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests.
We felt well looked after and would happily stay again.

Gym photos looks fine in advertisement but in reality they were just rusted, dirty machines and weights
