Perfect location

I loved everything and can't wait to return.

The property is clean and has everything you need in the perfect location. It is however a little dated but I also love the traditional authentic feel. The rooms smell a little musky at first but you adjust quickly and the bed was not very comfortable and rocked like a boat but other then that I couldn't fault the trip and will definitely return asap.

The breakfast is great and location

The shower doesn't even feel like it is on. It took about 20 minutes to wash the soap off my skin, also the shower curtain is mouldy and the bath looked very old and dirty

Pleasant enough well located to all we needed

The staff onsite were very accommodating as the original room we booked looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ONLINE! We were extremely disappointed however were provided a new room. The sofa in the new room is ready for the dump heap to be honest. The most uncomfortable sofa bed we have ever slept on. Hole in the middle. Our backs have suffered severely. The staff were very nice and provided 3 mattresses to try to make the bed more comfortable. It did little to help to be honest so we just put up with the uncomfortable stay in the bed.

The sofa bed was appalling. The entire room needs a refurb. The shower is peeling on the bath. The complex is tired and needs a complete overhaul.

Loved it! The lift is a BIG TICK!

We know Bali well and have an experienced driver. He was able to talk to hotel security then take us to the key pick up and then back to our apartment block. This is a huge complex but you can figure it out. Take the lift to the second floor when you get to B block and your apartis just to the right. A taxi driver might get a little confused!
