I like how Ms Rexie assisted me regarding my concerns , and have gone the extra mile to provide solution to the issues that i have encountered . thank you very much Ms. Rexie , God bless you ! Hope some of the staff will learn from you on how you deal with customers and how you handle the situation . Because some of the staff that i was able to talk to doesn't know how to handle customers that needs explanation on what had happened . kudos to you and thank you .

very spacious comfy bed, roomy and enough seats, very cool a/c

there were no supplies of tissue/toilet roll but will give if you ask, no cleaning offer mid stay.. outside was quite loud in the morning the beeping of commute vehicles were too loud at 7am, there was a man opposite our room with curtains open getting naked, and we had children with us so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times. there was a bit of delay during check in because they were still cleaning the rooms and this was at 1445H already when we arrived, check in was supposedly 1400H. for late check out it is allowed but ₱500 per hour so BIG NO we did not avail it. there were mugs for coffee but no glasses for drinking water, they do supply small bottles. luckily the staff here were VERY FRIENDLY and attentive and nice and security personnel also were kind and understanding about our parking so the staff/their warm people made up for the shortcomings of the accommodation.

Bedroom nice and comfortable.

No cutlery, plates, bowl, coffee, sugar and milk.
