Booked the hotel for 3D2N and it was a surprise to get a good sized room for the price and the hotel was conveniently located near MOA, IKEA and The Landmark.

Have stayed here twice. I like staying at this hotel because it is clean and comfy except that The housekeeping staff should avoid repeatedly knocking loudly on guests’ doors to ask if they need room cleaning, as this can be quite irritating and disruptive, especially when guests are resting. Housekeeping services should ideally be provided upon request. If guests have not requested a room cleanup, staff should respect their privacy and avoid unnecessary disturbances. This would help ensure a more comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests.

We recently stayed at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay and, overall, our experience was just okay. On the positive side, the hotel and facilities were clean, and some of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. The location is also convenient, especially if you need to be near MOA, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and the airport. However, there were also some staff members whose attitude and way of dealing with guests could still be improved. Unfortunately, good service should be consistent throughout the hotel, and not just depend on which staff member you happen to encounter. As for the facilities, while everything was clean, they were not quite what we expected. Compared with other hotels in the same star category around the Manila Bay area, we felt that the facilities and overall hotel experience could still be improved. It wasn't a bad stay, but it also wasn't the kind of experience that made us say, "We'll definitely come back." For the price and hotel category, we expected a little more in terms of facilities, service, and overall guest experience. Hopefully, management can continue improving the facilities and, most importantly, ensure that all guests receive the same level of warm and professional service. Overall: Clean and convenient, but there is still room for improvement.
