bathroom was a poor design; the shower had no door which created a mess on the floor. The shower had no seat and no shelve to place personal soap or shampoo. There was no place to hang a face towel or bath towel. Would I stay at NOBU again? No

Only thing i wanted to get improve was bedsheets was dry very rough feeling. Needs to be soft

Staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to assist at all times. Room is clean. Got an overall excellent service. Great job.
