All the staff are accommodating and friendly. They also have a good breakfast spread. I just wished the rooms were soundproof. We stayed at the 6th floor and there were loud stomping from the room upstairs. We can also hear people talking in the hallways. Thankfully these were not during night time and we were able to sleep with no problems.

Seda is great for couples, families or group of any size. Their amenities are great and very clean. The staff is also ready to assist anytime. What I love about Seda is that the Ayala Manila Bay mall is connected to the hotel. It is very convenient if you want to try out different cuisines and if you are looking for activities like movie watching, shopping, etc. during your hotel stay. Lots of parking space also. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay! What made our experience extra special was the outstanding service and genuine hospitality of the staff, especially Erka Mohamad and Jam from the lounge, and JC from the front desk. Erka and Jam were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist us throughout our stay. Their warm smiles and thoughtful service made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to make our lounge experience enjoyable. Although we had to wait a little longer than expected before we could get into our room, JC from the front desk was very helpful and personally brought our keycard to us. We really appreciated the extra effort and care he showed. A big thank you to Erka, Jam, and JC for making our stay memorable! Your excellent service reflects the true meaning of Filipino hospitality. We appreciate all your efforts and look forward to staying at Seda Manila Bay again. Highly recommended! ❤️

My recent stay at Seda Manila Bay was extremely disappointing and fell significantly below the standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction that one would reasonably expect from a hotel of this caliber. From the beginning of my stay, I encountered several issues, including a malfunctioning air-conditioning system, uncleaned bathroom, trashes from former room guests that wasn’t removed, and other concerning maintenance conditions. Unfortunately, the response to these complaints lacked the urgency, attentiveness, and genuine concern expected in the hospitality industry. The dining experience was equally unsatisfactory. Despite waiting more than an hour for a simple order of coffee and oatmeal, my dietary restriction regarding lactose intolerance was not properly accommodated. The meal was served with milk despite my clear instructions, and I was subsequently charged for food I could not consume. I am still suffering from stomach upset as a result, of a complimentary service they offered the next day, in which I accepted and has made my experience even more distressing. Even more concerning was the discovery of cockroaches crawling near the sofa in the replacement room. (732) This was completely unacceptable and raised serious questions about housekeeping standards, sanitation, and the hotel’s overall quality-control procedures. However, the most disappointing aspect of my experience was not merely the accumulation of these incidents, but the apparent “lack of accountability, effective communication, and sincere efforts by management to address them.”After sending several written emails to reach out to the hotel and explain my concerns, no one came to speak with me, apologize, or provide any meaningful response. This was totally unprofessional and demonstrated a serious lack of concern for guest welfare. Having extensive experience in public relations and a strong appreciation for quality hospitality, I understand that operational issues can occasionally arise in any establishment. What distinguishes a reputable hotel is how promptly, professionally, and compassionately those issues are handled. Regrettably, Seda Manila Bay failed to demonstrate those qualities during my stay. What was intended to be a relaxing conclusion to my vacation instead became an unnecessarily stressful, frustrating, and unhealthy experience. I sincerely hope that senior management will review these concerns and implement meaningful improvements in room maintenance, cleanliness, food service, staff training, and guest relations. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Seda Manila Bay. The hotel does not deserve “even three stars” in my opinion, particularly given its poor handling of serious cleanliness, food-service, health, and guest-relations concerns.
