    Mom and I stayed overnight in this hotel because we wanted to do a food and cafe crawl in the Salcedo area. It was a last minute booking because we backed out from our supposed Baguio trip due to the inclement weather. We did not have high expectations at all but our stay turned out amazing. Customer service was topnotch, room was newly renovated and squeaky clean and most of all it smells amazing like a 5-star hotel while having items we needed like free drinking water, kitchenette, microwave, ref, induction cooker, cookware etc. We used to always book the bigger hotel chains like The Pen and Makati Shang when in this area but this booking was surprisingly at par with 5-star hotels, turns out they're part of Ascott group which is another fave hotel of ours. We will def be booking this hotel again. Thank you!

    my stay was ruined by ongoing issues and poor coordination. First, the shower failed to get hot in the morning and at night. Although staff attempted to assist on the first day, the problem persisted throughout my entire stay. Second, I had two consecutive bookings that I explicitly confirmed with the staff to consolidate into a single stay. Despite this prior confirmation, I was given many calls that I have not checked in yet for second booking. To make matters worse, when I returned to my room later that day, it had not been cleaned at all, and no apology was offered. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
