    all good except pool and gym were not available and accomodation to use another hotel was silly. should have notified in advance and offered rate reduction.

    Staffs were kind, attentive, courteous. However, during our stay the hotel’s facilities like gym, pool were under renovation. But they offered alternative pools on their sister hotels’ property and they have temporary gym on the 38th floor. The breakfast buffet has limited options but the restaurant has ala carte meal already included in the breakfast.

    They are consistently pretty good. I stay here every time. The gym is a bit dark, and the whole 9th floor is closed for 2 months, but otherwise this hotel does the job and pretty well at that

    my stay was ruined by ongoing issues and poor coordination. First, the shower failed to get hot in the morning and at night. Although staff attempted to assist on the first day, the problem persisted throughout my entire stay. Second, I had two consecutive bookings that I explicitly confirmed with the staff to consolidate into a single stay. Despite this prior confirmation, I was given many calls that I have not checked in yet for second booking. To make matters worse, when I returned to my room later that day, it had not been cleaned at all, and no apology was offered. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.
