The advertisement says max 2 adults and your kid can stay for free. I booked it because we will celebrate my son’s bday. After i booked, i received a confirmation and messaged the hotel if i can request for a greeting card for my son’s 9th bday and that’s the time i just knew that the max capacity of the room is 2 adult and 2 kids age 0-5 and children 6y/o and above will be charge as an extra person, i didn’t bother that when i read that because they might consider my son since my child is only one and we will just share bed. And when we were checking-in they charge my son as an extra person (no half rate for kids they considered 6y/o and above as adult) 1,650 per night with bfast / 1k w/o bfast.. so i got disappointed in our whole stay and no consideration made (as if they can check in alone when they consider 6 yrs old and above as adult.) My husband ask the front desk if they had experience the same problem with us and they said yes not only us experience it, so if you know this problem already why you don’t do a solution for this problem??? because you can make money by charging extra person for kids? don’t put kids in your promo if it is ages 0-5, you put TODDLER TO IT! kids in the philippines is 12 years old and below because they need their parents supervision! I hope this will be solved. i don’t have a problem with the room or staffs it’s just the false advertisement you’re doing!
