    We were given a room at the second floor. I have sensitive sense of smell and the hallway and room smells musty for me. Room spray could only mask it for a while. Needs to be ventilated from time to time. Pricepoint wise, I would book with a much newer hotel that has newer facilities. Breakfast is basic, but since MOA is nearby, I there are cafes there that would give more value for your money. Redeeming quality is its proximity to Mall of Asia. If one is joining fun runs/races held in MOA, this is a good place to stay as you could walk to the event and walk back if one finds it hard to hail Grab or ride hailing services.

    The location is excellent, making transport and airport access convenient. It is walking distance to MOA, where venue for mostly fun run. Staff are friendly and facilities, including breakfast and amenities meet expectations. Housekeeping is generally good, though cleanliness could be better in some areas, there are small cockroach in our room.

    No signage to direct guests. There has to be visible directions and maps all around the building. Very confusing specially when using their parking area. It requires another set of elevators to access parking. Surely one gets lost!
