    Yes, there was a welcome drink available at the front desk. The receptionist was polite, welcoming, and entertaining during our check-in, which made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The facilities and services were introduced to us, although not all of them were fully explained. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and would gladly come back again. As a suggestion, it would be better to set the television language to English so that all guests can easily access it, and to add air fresheners since there was a smell of cigarettes upon entering. Nevertheless, it was a great experience overall.

    I love the ambiance!! As a traveler, i love budget-friendly accommodations. I definitely recommend this place 👌 I had a great time. Will be back soon.

    Hotel is spacious but when we arrived, the room smelled like cigarette. The comfort room also has a smell and shower drains very slow. Hotel supplied complete toiletries though.

    View from 21st floor is not much to be liked. It’s the PITX station and you can hear the noise from outside. Rooms are not soundproof and you can tell what the people in the other rooms are doing. There are small cockroaches crawling on the door. 10 Free parking spots only on a first come first served basis. Bathroom stinks of sewer and no hot water. Phone is not working. The alarm went off in the middle of night and guests hurried to the hallways, lost what to do. I don’t like the fact that if you stain something you’ll have to pay 2000 Pesos. Specifically the bed or towels. It feels like a scam, and it’s a bit much. There aren’t any extra pillows, so if you’re sharing a bed you’re stuck with one. Also you need to pay 1000 Pesos for an extra keycard. Staff are nice and respond to your requests which is great. I love the free drinks and the lobby area. There’s a pool you can use too. Room is comfy and clean with good air conditioning which is nice since it’s warm outside. If they provide simple breakfast this could be good value for the money.
