we had a great time staying at the unit. everyone is very accommodating, the location is great, theres a convenient store nearby. only a few blocks away at smx where my oath taking was held. the unit owner is nice and hospitable, she's also very responsive when i message her. so 10/10, till next time again.

Would like to suggest for a full body mirror other than that, the room was nice & clean and the location was very accessible.

Im a bit disappointed for a clogged toilet bowl that you need to pump after use ,other than that I'm happy for location cleanlines service staff ,to Raye them 1 to 10..I'll give them a 9 ..

We specifically requested an early check-in because our flight arrived at 4:00 AM, and that was one of the main reasons we booked this property. We also informed the owner in advance that we would be checking out early—initially around 11:30 PM, then later updated to around 1:00 AM on our departure day—because our return flight also left at 4:00 AM. The check-in itself was smooth. However, after only about 18 hours of our stay, the owner messaged asking if we had already checked out, even though we had booked the property for two nights. I explained that our check-out was the following day, not that same night. It took several messages before the owner realized the booking dates, so I clarified once again that we would be checking out at around 1:00 AM. Unfortunately, about three hours before our planned check-out, we were awakened by loud knocking on the door. The caretaker was asking us to check out despite my earlier conversation with the owner confirming our departure time. We explained that the owner had already been informed, but the repeated interruptions caused unnecessary stress while we were trying to rest before our early morning flight. Because of the disturbance, we decided to leave an hour earlier than planned. The lack of coordination between the owner and the caretaker significantly affected what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay. On the positive side, the location was excellent. It is very close to SM Mall of Asia and only a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient. The property also felt secure, with security personnel stationed at the entrance. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The towels did not smell fresh and had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioner was not very cold, and we were instructed not to set the temperature below 20°C, which made the room less comfortable. Additionally, the only complimentary toiletry provided was tissue paper. Be sure to bring your own essentials, such as soap, shampoo, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, if you plan to stay here.
