    We got it really affordable like 4k for 3 nights but they added 500 per nights for cleaning fee or idk so in total its more or less 6k for 3 nights but still not bad. apparently they wanted to stop renting out the room but they couldnt get it out of Agoda thats probably why the cleanliness and utilities are below standard, but it's really near MOA.

    For a short stay near MOA highly recommended just take note that the pool access is not free. The room is located at the first floor which is fine for us since it's easily accessible going in and out of the condo.

    I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it did not meet basic hospitality or cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend this stay for the following reasons: Extra Fees & Lack of Transparency: I was asked to pay an additional cleaning fee. When I requested a formal receipt for this "cleaning service," the host said he'll send me but eventually he did not.Typically, these fees should be handled through the app to ensure transparency and security. Safety and Privacy Concerns: During my stay, a stranger entered the unit. This was highly distressing and suggests a serious lapse in security or key management. To make matters worse, the individual left food in the fridge, indicating the unit was not properly checked or cleared before my arrival. Hygiene Issues: The condo had a cockroach problem, which made the environment feel unsanitary. Host Communication: The host’s demeanor was unprofessional and rude when addressing these concerns, which made a difficult situation even more unpleasant. Note to future guests: Please be cautious regarding "under-the-table" fees and ensure all communication and payments stay within the booking platform for your protection.
