We have a good sleep

This room was honestly not ideal at all for the price you were paying. Besides convenience the upkeep of the room wasn’t great. The entire time we were here the aircon kept leaking. The least they could do is to keep the pipes of the ac clean then it wouldn’t be leaking so much. It was the second night we were staying that all of a sudden in the middle of the night so much water started leaking from it that half the bed was soaked. Completely ruined our rest. Angie who was in charge of checking us in did advise us to keep it on dry mode if the ac started leaking so that’s what we did and it was just warm air coming out of the ac but it was still leaking so that didn’t help the situation. As you can imagine in Manila where the temperature can get high it’s not ideal at all. You’re basically paying for a room that says has an ac unit but not really. Anytime you turned it on it would just start leaking. So we’d have to keep it turned off majority of the time and it would just get too hot inside the unit. - the toilet as well there was always water coming from somewhere making the floor wet. We just could not figure out where the water was coming from and it definitely wasn’t coming from the shower. Cockroaches were also coming out of the pipes in the bathroom. Granted, it’s a bit hard to control but regular bleaching down the pipes can help prevent this sort of issue. - the pan they provided as well was completely burnt out the least they could do for paying guest is maybe provide a pan that wouldn’t cause toxins to contaminate the food that you cook? As tourists it’s not really ideal for us to just buy a pan for a 2 week stay. If I’m being completely honest, this stay was not at all up to expectations and I just want to put this out there so people are aware before you book. The staff are lovely, but of course what can we do staying only for two weeks. It wouldn’t be ideal to ask them to have someone clean the aircon while we’re staying there. So getting ahead and fixing these minor things could help guests in the future stay more comfortably. We’re homeowners who rent out apartments so we do know what it means to keep the apartment in tact for tenants.

we had a great time staying at the unit. everyone is very accommodating, the location is great, theres a convenient store nearby. only a few blocks away at smx where my oath taking was held. the unit owner is nice and hospitable, she's also very responsive when i message her. so 10/10, till next time again.

I would not recommend staying here due to the hidden extra charges. The daily additional fees (800.00/day) were not clearly disclosed in the online booking, and I only found out after making the payment. It feels like you're being charged for costs that should have been stated upfront, which is very unfair and misleading. To make matters worse, once the payment was completed, there was no option to cancel or receive a refund after discovering these additional charges. Guests should know the full cost before committing to a booking, not be surprised afterward. Transparency is essential when renting a property. Listing all fees clearly before payment would help guests make informed decisions and avoid this frustrating experience.
