The location is great, the rooms are big. There is a common room with washing machines so it is great if you plan to stay long time. It is near restaurants and PITX which is convenient especially if you plan to explore old manila (via LRT 1) or short travel to south like tagaytay, since PITX accomodates many buses travelling to south.
Wifi was weak, i asked the staff if I could have router/extender but it seemed nothing was available during my whole stay. So i resorted to using my mobile data which is only strong near the window/bed. If you are travelling and working remotely, that might affect your work. But otherwise my whole stay was perfect.

Location
Misleading information on their ads (said early check in was available but asked us to pay charges when we said its going to be an early check in). Facilities inside the room needs to be updated or upgraded. The shower drainage clogs, bad lighting inside the room. And the entire room smells like a hospital. The room is not maintained very well.
