We did not stay and canceled our reservation due to poor unsafe conditions.

Great location and decent breakfast. Very basic accommodation, nothing fancy but we were only there for one night so it was good enough for our needs.

The rooms do not have an internal latch ; the door is locked from within by a key ; guests are given a single key and thus if someone needs to leave room to go to car etc the remaining person has to be locked in !! that is unacceptable re fire risk .

Very uncomfortable

It was old dated, nobody spoke proper English , felt we were staying in someone’s spare room , as so many are living there. We were stared at each morning when getting breakfast , to the extent a women went and took a whole plate of pasties when I went to take one , and she took it to her table . Non Irish meats , I found it very buzzard and uncomfortable that I paid not Excally a cheap price, and we were made feel so u comfortable by ling time guest. People hanged on our door a few times . We were the only Irish people there and felt we were her. Treated this was due to this .

The accommodation was sufficient for overnight stop. The facilities were in need of refurbishment. The breakfast was basic and not the best quality.

Enjoyable stay

Great location in the heart of Tralee town; staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms are basic but comfortable, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices, and it was a good place to stay while exploring Tralee and Kerry.

A kettle in the rooms would really help, just to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Excellent choice for breakfast and staff were very helpful when I had to stay longer than intended.

In warm humid weather the room was becoming uncomfortable. The window only opened a small way as it was restricted.

Cheap and functional accommodation that is also emergency accommodation for others

Central location

Clearly used for IPAs and while I don’t have an issue with IPAs, some of the signs around the place felt very rude - signs advising to take as much food as you only need and to have food control cards on your person to be presented when requested.

good for one night stay

The room was clean and tidy, but quite small. It’s suitable for just sleeping, but not ideal for spending extended time in. We stayed in a family room for four people, which had one small ‘double’ bed and a bunk bed—this left very little space around. However, the bedding and towels were clean and fresh, and the beds were comfortable. The location is practically in the heart of the city, which is a great advantage. There are various shops, restaurants, cafés, and parking spaces nearby, all within walking distance. Breakfast was served from 8 to 10 a.m. We arrived at 9:20, and while all the food was already displayed, everything was cold. It looked good but included cold fried eggs, boiled eggs, porridge, and sausages. There was only one type of hard sliced cheese and one type of sliced ham, with no vegetables or salads at all. The bread selection was limited to white and brown toast. The only hot items were tea and coffee. On the positive side, there were nice croissants and muffins to choose from. I understand that on a Thursday, there might not be many guests for breakfast and they may want to avoid wasting food. However, a better option would be to make hot items like eggs to order rather than serving them cold. In summary, the place was good for a one-night stay. The breakfast was decent, but it would have been much better if the food had been served hot.

The staffs are very nice and kind. Rogério was very helpful all the time.

There is not that I didn’t like, just we could not get a family room, but it was not their fault. The room that we got was good enough for us and we stayed only for 2 nights. Other than that everything was fine.

La taille des lits et de la chambre familiale n'est pas adaptée. (Chambre de taille standard avec un lit superposé en plus, collé à la fenêtre) 😯 Matelas confortables mais un peu petit. Pas beaucoup de place dans le lit superposé entre le lit du bas et le lit du haut. Un peu oppressant. Petit déjeuner basic.
