The property is impeccable in every sense. New building with all facilities within walking distance (supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacy, etc.), spot on cleanliness, modern and tasteful furnishing, all amenities for a comfortable stay (fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, AC, etc.). Location-wise, it's quite far from the city center, but there is a metro station nearby, with a direct connection to the center (15-20 min trip) and ride sharing is also quite cheap and fast.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we were super impressed. There were so many tiny details that made a difference. It was super clean and spacious and we really recommend it.
Make sure you look for the proper name when getting directions as there are are more buildings and you can get confused between them
