Park Plaza Arena Nationala

The location worked very well for our needs. It is only about an 8 to 10 minute walk from the metro, which made the entire city easily accessible. There are also very convenient amenities nearby, including a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops right downstairs. Parking was not an issue either, as there is a large parking area across the road near the park and national arena, so we always found a spot without difficulty. The apartment itself was clean and generally matched the description in terms of utilities and overall setup.

There are a few areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The couch in the living room was not functional, as the backrest was broken and temporarily supported with a table, which made it uncomfortable and impractical for sitting or watching TV. The balcony door also did not seem to function properly and was secured with a makeshift lock, which felt like a temporary solution rather than a proper fix. While we understood the sleeping arrangement in advance, the setup with two double beds and a couch is better suited for families or couples rather than a group of friends. Lastly, the shower space was quite small, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.

The apartment is nice and spacious. Pictures reflect the reality. There are separate washer and drier which is a very nice bonus. Would recommend.

There could be a little bit more storage space for clothes. Also, there are two connected apartments and the people from the next apartment had the key in the lock of the connecting door, so every time someone new moved in to the other apartment, they kept opening the connecting door and poking their her in our kitchen. We did not feel unsafe, but maybe the key should be removed from the connecting door.

Falta un poco de limpieza más a fondo, se notaba polvo por el suelo, la terraza llena de excrementos de paloma y el desagüe del baño, saca el agua de la lavadora, por lo que el suelo estava muy mojado.
