The apartment was large and spacious

The area and the garden are very nice. 2 bathrooms and very large and spacious. The owner was nice and allowed us to check out later than planned
The smell in the whole appartment. A refreshemnt of the walls will make wonders. There were areas of the floor not cleaned in a while and same with the living couch. The tv had only one channel and the remote controls had no batteries. The iron was not working properly and it was very old. Tigarests leftovers in the balcony and used sheets in the wardrobe. The bed sheets were clean but very old and used. It worth a refreshment

Good location, close to subway station. Spacious and very bright apartment.
The furniture needs some repairs and some general maintenance for the flat is needed.

The location was exactly where I needed to be and the building was relatively new.
Lack of cleanliness, the entire apartment needs a total cleaning! Everywhere was dirty, sticky and the furniture was in bad condition. The cutlery was gathered from the dumpster, just like the plates and dishes. The bathroom was also very dirty.
