The washing machine to wash clothes is a good gesture
My say was miserable from the beginning,,I have stayed at these premises couple of times but this particular time it was bad from reception they didn't want to attend to me,the attitude was bad I hope they did this just to me because if they doing to others too that's bad for business, secondly I requested for an early check in ,the amount I was told was almost same amount I paid for a stay ,,not that I could not pay but I said I will wait for this was just unnecessary reap off had to wait all day till their time ,third ,when my girlfriend came to visit she was denied entry and embarrassed before we could later be allowed to enter,,,in my entire bookings this was far the worse experience ever
