I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my stay. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Pedro, exceeded my expectations. He personally followed up with us and ensured that we received the highest level of service throughout our visit. I would also like to acknowledge the concierge, Mr. Mfundo, who played a vital role in assisting us with our luggage and transport arrangements. His professionalism and support contributed significantly to the comfort and convenience of our stay. I am most certainly planning to return in the future. My heartfelt thanks go to both Mr. Pedro and Mr. Mfundo for their outstanding service.

Location convenient . Overall property is clean .

It smelt badly of garlic and curry . No fan, no windows and no Aircon. Was so hot and smelly so I had to open sliding doors and then there was no mosquito repellent. So I had mosquitoes all night. Terrible nights sleep. No rooibos tea , half-used sugars, no milk or creamer provided. 3 long black hairs on the bed but linen was at least clean . Check in took forever and wasn’t a great experience. I’ve stayed at the One before in another apartment and it was very pleasant so I was very disappointed.
