Balcony is like a fish bowl you can be seen by all and you can see into other apartments.

The apartment was very beautiful — clean, well-decorated, and exactly as shown in the pictures. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The was construction happening on Th at weekend so there was drilling noises coming out

The premises are of an exceptional standard. We appreciated the proximity of numerous restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as the convenient walking distance to the nearby shopping mall. The unit itself was impeccably maintained and comprehensively equipped. The host extended a warm welcome and graciously provided assistance with the storage of our luggage following check-out.

We were a bit concerned that access to the restaurants and the mall requires passage through a taxi rank, which may not be ideal from a safety and convenience perspective. In addition, the area appears inadequately lit at night, which may contribute to a perception of insecurity. The anticipated opening of the restaurant on the property in June is a welcome development. In the interim, we would recommend the installation of appropriate lighting outside the building and within its immediate surroundings to enhance visibility and improve the perception of safety.
