The location is close to Rosebank Mall. The security is good. Lebones place is lovely.
Minor inconveniences such as...1. The aircon (can't feel the heat, it's an awkward position) 2. There was no tea , only coffee(I drink tea). 3. The remote was not straightforward.4. there was no handwash (the bottle was empty).

Very clean, luxurious and up market.
Reception staff was not friendly. Uber and Bolt couldn’t locate me and thus I missed my flight. Uber Eats couldn’t locate me and lost money on my food orders. Twice.

It was clean, very luxurious and price was very reasonable. Very cosy, very up market. Very relaxing. Very peaceful.
The staff at the reception were kind of not very helpful. 2 Uber Eats couldn’t locate my and I struggled to get uber to the airport because they couldn’t locate the actual location on the map. Ended up missing my flight. 💔
