Die gut ausgestattete, helle, geräumige, saubere Wohnung liegt total ruhig in einem Gebäude hinter der Nummer 11 an der Nonnenbrücke. Man erreicht sie durch eine Toreinfahrt. Die Fenster aller Räume im 1.Stock zeigen zum kleinen, hübschen Garten der links daneben liegenden Senioreneinrichtung hin. Vom netten kleinen Balkon aus schaut man weiter hinten auf pittoreske Dächer alter Gebäude, wo eine Riesenspatzenschar ihr Unwesen treibt oder auch mal ein Reiher Position bezieht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal: Wenn man das Haus verlässt und sich links Richtung Regnitz wendet, dann aber gleich rechts an der Kurve der Straße folgt, kommt man über die obere Mühlenbrücke im Nu zur Concordiastraße, die in die Altstadt führt. (Auf den Stadtplänen ist der Brückensteg für Fußgänger schwer zu erkennen.)

Znakomita lokalizacja. Bardzo wysoki komfort. Kontakt z gospodarzem doskonały. Miejsce parkingowe bardzo blisko apartamentu. Jeśli kiedyś wrócimy do Bambergu, to tylko tu.
