Sehr lichtdurchflutet und sauber. Alles da was man braucht sehr schönes Geschirr Ventilator fand ich super.
Im Hochsommer ohne die Fenster zu öffnen, hält man es kaum aus. Jedoch ist die Straße wahnsinnig laut bei geöffneten Fenster. Hat eine Dachterrasse, die könnte man liebevoller gestalten.

Top Lage zwischen Bahnhof und City. Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Biomarkt, Bäcker oder Norma, sowie zwei Brauhäuser in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartment ist mit Allem ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist gut als zweites Schlafzimmer nutzbar. Einzig der Verkehr ist bei geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nutzen bei einem weiteren Besuch.
Eine Terrasse im Innenhof ist jederzeit von allen Mietern nutzbar, wirkt aber nicht sehr einladend.

Apartamento funcional. Limpio y baño renovado.
Ningún extra. Cama incómoda. Sofá cama sin preparar a nuestra llegada. Tuvimos que buscar la ropa de cama. No repetiría.
