was well equipped to enable us to feel at home , and our hosts were so helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

For us was the main sleeping area being on the front on the road of busy traffic, being light sleepers it was challenging. maybe aircon in the bedrooms would help as was very warm season when we stayed, however we are sure in winter it is very cosy.

Very nice and clean appartment in a good location, just 12 minutes from the train station and around 10 minutes to the city center by foot. It even has a patio for sitting outside, very confortable beds and a lot of storage space in case you stay longer. We also liked the style of the appartment with the white furniture and the high ceilings and original hardwood floor. The owner is very helpful and courteous, she gave us some great tipps for Bamberg including swimming at the Hainbad in the Rechnitz which was a great summer activity.

The two bedrooms are separated only by a swing door, so you dont have a lot of privacy and hear everything from the other room. Since the appartment is on the ground floor, there are people walking directly by and on saturday night it was a little bit noisy due to some people coming home from a party and standing talking loudly in front of our window for a long time.
