It was so cute. It’s located in a busy place but was very quiet inside. It was very comfortable . The host was very attentive . We plan to stay here again.
The ceiling fan was not working but the host brought us over a standing fan and it kept us nice and cool.

The location of the property to downtown Sanford restaurants and bars is great. The Tiny houseboat looks fun and inviting.
Lots of mosquitos come inside when front door or patio door is opened (screens could help); live cockroaches in living room during day and night; shower curtain and liner with mold/mildew; bath towels really worn and old; cleaning ladies showed up while I was still onsite (had an hour and a half until 11 AM checkout), which made me feel like I was under surveillance because my husband stepped out.
