The place was close to many places, downtown Sanford, parks and restaurants seriously this place is perfect no complaints at all. It was just me and my 13yr old son , we had a great time here, I will definitely do it again

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. A/C was a little wonky. Overall great stay!
