This tiny, cozy cottage has all you will need for a weekend getaway to beautiful Historic Downtown Sanford, but it will also be a comfortable place for a longer stay. Enjoy a double bed with a high end mattress as well as a desk and comfortable office chair ideal for remote work. The living room has a double bed sized IKEA sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations, but keep in mind, the cottage is small so 4 adults in the space might feel a bit tight. From the cottage you are only 2 blocks away from everything historic downtown has to offer. The walk to popular downtown with all its eateries, breweries, shops and bars is idyllic with beautiful historic homes and majestic oak trees. The lakefront and Riverwalk are also in walking or biking distance. You will love the unique urban lifestyle this cottage provides!

This cute cottage was the perfect place to stay for the weekend when attending a wedding at a nearby venue. It was clean, comfortable, and offered the perfect amount of space for 2 adults. Check in was easy and the hosts were kind and communicative. If I’m ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again!
