The house was clean. The weather wasn't nice so wespent some time at the German Restaurant in the Old Town Sanford. Had some fun and good food.

The host was very easy to deal with and very straight forward. I would recommend anyone looking at this place to stay there it's in good location and good neighborhood

The house smelled like smoke. There was finger or toe nails in one of the cups. Just better cleaning. Nice house setup was good. Communication was good
