Loved our stay in this lovely home. The host was easy to talk to. The park across the street was a nice plus for walking. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Quiet street with friendly neighbors.

This property met all our expectations. It was cozy and clean and near enough to walk to the local restaurants and shops. We loved the historic flavor and the original artwork.

Yes everything was great would recommend getting more drinking glasses for ice tea, water etc There were only 4; There was a broken coffee mug and a coaster that was broken upon arrival. We threw them away as to not harm any future guests. The house was lovely and very comfortable.

We loved our stay in Sanford. Wayne is a terrific host and the property is clean and welcoming in a prime location The front porch is a delightful place to relax and ponder. We look forward to another stay next year!
