I would recommend it!

A nice and cozy flat located in an area that is not in the city center, but not on the outskirts either. It is quite easy to reach the main places in the city by car. It was a little noisy in the main room since the flat is located near a local highway, but I wouldn’t say it was annoying. It was easy to find the flat and access it thanks to the clear visual and written instructions. The support was great — they answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. The heating works perfectly. It was also very nice that they allowed us to check in a little earlier. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, and it was a pleasure for my wife to cook there. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa in the main room was a little hard — I would recommend adding a thin mattress for guests’ comfort.

The main drawback is that there is no private parking. You can park your car in front of the building for free, but only if an available parking space can be found. In the evening, it can be difficult to find a spot in front of the building, but there are several nearby streets where you can park for a fee (parking is paid between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; at all other times, it is free).

It was according to expected. I would have good things to tell but got disappointed because the issue with parking (the property listing is misleading and leads the guest to an error)

The property listing says that there is parking. It is unfortunately a lie. There is NO parking here. You can park on the street but there are only 4 or 5 places for free and all of them are taken (by the same cars, during the 3 days I spent there, they didn't even move). You will never be able to use those places. If you park on the other streets, you will need to pay (by hour and very expensive). I had to spend a lot of money parking on the street. This property should not list "Parking" if they don't have their own parking. This is not honest. Anyone can park on the street. But if all hotels say they have parking but it is on the street (rather than private parking) , the guests would not be able to filter when booking.

Tiszta és harmonikus 🎋

Családdal szálltunk meg egy hétvégére. Nekünk nem volt gondunk a bejutással, kapu- és ajtókódot is hamar megkaptuk. A lakást makulátlan tisztán vettük át és komfortos volt kényelmes ágy és ágynemű. A fürdőszoba, konyha is szép, újszerű, illetve a lakást is gyorsan fel lehetett fűteni mikor nap végén visszaértünk.

A központtól sajnos távolabb esik, illetve a lépcsőház állapota.

Ár érték arányban jó, én legközelebb inkább drágább szállást választok. Nagyon tágas.

Kiváló gépiesített konyha, kiváló TV mind a hálószobában, mind a nappaliban. Jó lokáció, szép fürdő, külön WC, jó ár érték arány.

Late-Chechout-ot foglaltam, de elfelejtették meghosszabbítani a bejutáshoz a kódot, így 11 órakor 10 percet vártunk a bejutásra, mire meghosszabbították. Törülöközők nem voltak kellően frissek. Megérkezéskor hiába volt felhajtva a termosztát, 18 fok volt, mert ki volt kapcsolva a kazán (vagy még idén nem is kapcsolták be).

Goed maar niet perfect.

De kamers waren schoon nieuwe dekbedden dekens en handdoeken voor na het douchen. De badkamer is hellemaal schoon en fijn. Perfect als je onderweg naar turkije bent met de auto en een tussenstop wil maken om uitterusten na al dat rijden.

Er zijn geen slotten op de deuren van de badkamer of van de kamers dus je moet maar met de deur open douchen en slapen vond ik wel raar want iedere apartement heeft een sleutel voor kamers. Om de deur beneden open te doen krijg je een code (wat we pas kregen na 45 minuten wachten) Gelukkig kwam er een oude vrouw die daar woonde en deed ze de deur open als ze er niet was hadden we gewoon een uur moeten wachten dat mocht van ons beter uitgelegd worden. De waterboiler van de badkamer was opgegaan en stond op 32 ik weet zelf niet hoe zulke dingen werkt vroeg het aan de personeel via de app maar kreeg het gevoel dat ze niet wou helpen of geen zin hadden ook heel raar dus had ik het maar aan chatgpt gevraagd en die hielp me erbij.

Nagyon figyelmes, otthonos, hangulatos, igényes szállás.

Legutóbb, mikor ott voltunk, visszajeleztem, hogy esetleg lehetne szúnyogháló az ablakokon a kényelmesebb esti szellőztetés miatt. 3 héttel később újra ide foglaltunk, és örömmel tapasztaltuk, hogy lett szúnyogháló!!! :) El sem akartam hinni. Nagyon köszönjük! Szuper hely, mindenkinek ajánlom. Tiszta, letisztult, elegáns, igényes, diszkrét!

Nu ne-a placut faptul ca centru este destul de departe de apartament si am.avut ceva de mers...asta ar fi singurul.minus,.dar treaba asta nu ne-a str icat.sejurul.Am facut mai multa miscare 🙈.
