Nice apartment in a great location

Location is ideal for exploring Szeged. Sites, groceries, restaurants, bakery, drinking locations, are all a short walk away. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The lady who met us was very kind and helpful. Perfect size for three. It is located just outside of the downtown parking zone, so street parking is much cheaper then downtown locations.

As previously stated it is up several flights of stairs, but that did not bother us. There was also some construction noise coming from nearby, but nothing can be done about that. There were no real negatives.

Emese's place is nice and cozy, close to the city center. There are coffee places nearby, soup and salad bars, pizza all these a few steps away. The place is clean and well equipped . We enjoyed our stay here and definetely recommend this place.

nice place to stay in Szeged

Very clean and comfortable apartments with modern furniture. Basically, it's two separate apartments with a common entrance hall. Apartments are equipped with a lot of new domestic appliances. Very good location - near to the city center, but in a yellow parking zone (day ticket cost less than 4 EUR) with a lot of parking places on the street. Emese was a very kind host

Perfect facility, very spacious apartment with all necessary utensils, and even more than you may need! Host is very pleasant, speaks good English and gave us every useful information we needed. Communication with the host was easy and response time is immediate. We were staying with 2 little children, and it was perfect stay for all of us! We honestly look forward to go to Szeged again and stay at Downtown Dream Apartments!

The apartment is on the third floor in a building, in an exceptional location. The building has no elevator. We didn't mind. The host is very nice, attentive and available for any kind of help. The facility is equipped with all the necessary things from the bathroom to the kitchen: hair dryer, towels, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and other accessories; spacious closets, huge miror, smart tv, color lighting. The terrace and all windows faces the courtyard. In the yard there are private garages, while on the side there is space for one car (yours). Rest is guaranteed. The bed is comfortable. There is no noise at night. Szeged is a beautiful city, so we didn't spend a lot of time in this really clean and lovely apartment. Greetings to the host, from the heart. 🤗❤️

Hangulatos lakás a Dóm tér szomszédságában

Már előző este felhívott a szállásadó, hogy egyeztessük az érkezést és a bejutást. Ez különösen nagy figyelmesség! A lakás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a Dóm térhez, az állomáshoz. A lakás teljesen gyerekbarát, jár a plusz pont, azért, hogy a kiságyon kívül játékokat is kaptunk.

Sajnos nincs lift, így a harmadik emeletre lépcsőzni kellett. Azt nem tudom negatívumként felróni, hogy a lakók bezárák a lépcsőházat, így önmagában a kóddal nem lehet bejutni, szükséges a kulcs is. Nem baj, a biztonság mindenek előtt. :)

Rozkladací gauč nie je až tak pohodlný pre dvoch (dospelý + dieťa). Pár nocí sa ale dá vydržať. Pre dve deti je to OK.

Sokat utazom munka miatt, de ennél kedvesebb, rugalmasabb és segítőkészebb személyzettel nem volt még dolgom. Tiszta, modern, igényes szállás.

Az ár kicsit húzós volt az éppen zajló SZIN Fesztivál miatt.

Nagyon közel van minden, a látványosságok könnyen elérhetőek gyalog. A gyerekek számára is sok érdekesség található. A tulajdonos a foglalás után nem sokkal fel is vette velünk a kapcsolatot. Érkezésünkkor már a kulcsokkal várt. Több órás autózás után a szívélyes fogadtatás aranyat ért. Sok infót kaptunk, hogy rövid tartozkodásunk alatt mit érdemes megnézni és hol találhatóak. Köszönünk mindent, még biztosan benézünk 😉

Apartman je u centru grada. Parkinga ima mnogo i ne plaća se vikendom. Apartmani su odlični. Dva apartmana su jedan fo drugog. Idealno za dve porodice. Apartmani su skroz opremljeni. Imaju sve što imate i kod kuće. Vlasnica je veoma ljubazna i vrlo je lako dogovoriti se sa njom. Smeštaj za svaku preporuku.
