Extraordinary accommodation!

I don't have enough words to express my delight with this accommodation. What makes this accommodation fantastic is the location (city center, bus station, public transport, spa, restaurants), silence, cleanliness, comfort, furniture... The hosts have arranged the space phenomenally down to the smallest detail and have given their guests the opportunity to enjoy Szeged. :-)

The apartment it's great. We really enjoyed our stay there .

The apartment looks great, even better than in the pictures. Everything is new and it's a really big apartment with 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need, even a dishwasher. Also there are coffee pads and tea bags for the guests. Another great things is the location, in the city center. Really close it's a small Spar supermarket, where you can buy what you need. We really enjoyed our stay there and loved the apartment. It was everything we expected and even more.

I would highly recommend it and rebook it again!

The apartment is very nice, newly renovated and located in the heart of the city . It is perfectly comfortable for 4-6 people. It is also very well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner and washer. The managing company representative responded very quickly within matters of hours for my questions and was very helpful and professional! The management company leaves cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap and coffee for the guests which is pretty exceptional even in western standards in my opinion. Free parking is available in the nearby shopping mall that is 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. Parking is free during the weekend a front of the apartment building. My only negative would be that the apartment block is near (within 50 meters) of two liquor stores that are open 24/7, so during the weekend there is a lot of noise, glass debris on the street so that is something to consider for families with small kids.

Valóban luxus apartman

Gyönyörű, ízlésesen berendezett, tágas, igényes lakás, teljesen felszerelt. Központi elhelyezkedése miatt, minden fontosabb látnivaló elérhető gyalogosan. Szívesen megyünk ide máskor is.

Nyitott ablaknál szinte lehetetlen aludni (Széchenyi téren van), de szerencsére minden szobában van klíma😁

Tökéletes lokáció, tágas jól felszerelt a lakás. A két hálószoba távol van egymástól, így nem zavartuk egymást. Minden helységben van klíma, így egyedileg szabályozható a hőmérséklet. 3. emelet, de van egy kis lift, aminek örültem. Pár darab kávé és tea várt minket, így nem az volt az első dolgunk, hogy boltba rohantunk. Parkolási lehetőség van közel a szálláshoz, bár fizetős, de rá lehet látni az autóra, applikációval könnyen kezelhető.

Mikor megérkeztünk az egyik fürdőszobában nagyon erős lefolyó szag volt, és a csapból nagyon gyengén folydogált a víz, ezt jeleztük, és a szállásadó kedvesen megoldásokat javasolt. Az utcafront felőli szoba elég hangos, aki nincs hozzászokva az utcai zajokhoz, azt valószínűleg zavarni fogja. A fűtés egyedileg állítható, de nem tudtuk, hogy időintervallumokra van beállítva, és éjszaka leállt a fűtés, majd megfagytunk a 18 fokban, de bekapcsoltuk a klímákat és úgy jó volt. 3. napra sikerült jól beállítani a fűtést és az intervallumokat kikapcsolni.
