Exceptional

The location of the apartment is really good,by walk we could go anywhere close to the city centre. It is next to the shopping mall, market, restaurants and close to the bustation. The place was clean and cozy and we had a helpful and friendly host. Really unique place because next to it has a ruin bar. Amazing how they transformed a neglected building and garden into cool bars rustic outdoor seating.

Only heating in the apartment is by air-condition and there is no heating at all in the bathroom and toilete ,which are out of the apartment.

Like a home

Very cosy accomodation, with garden in front, we feel like we were at home. The owner was very kind, he fullfil all our wishes. The apartments are in the centre, with the parking in front of it, and opposite is shopping mall. Perfect for family, but for young who want a fun too. We will definitely come again!

The bathroom is spaced but a little bit cold, like eating room too, where is not enough light. You should bring some colorful detail there. Pitty the small dogs are not allowed.

Maybe include on your advert that you intend to charge €0 per hour for checking after 6pm, in case people are tight on travel plans, travelling across the border etc.

Great location in the city center, helpful and flexible host. The apartment was well equipt, spacious and comfortable. The beds were also great.

A huge plus for me was great location: just a few minutes walk from downtown, and right next to a a really cozy bbq/beergarden, as you can see on the pics. Obviously if you're bothered by some faint music seeping in until 11pm, you don't choose this place for your stay, but for me it was perfect. The hosts were really nice and helpful, and the rooms were perfectly clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Spacious room, clean, room was fully furnished and comfortable. Friendly host. Highly recommended.

The neighbourhood is a bit rough, the building next to Arkad Apartmanhaz is an actual dump, however the accommodation itself is excellent and very close to the city centre.

A perfect place to stay in Szeged

A perfect place to stay during your trip through Hungary! The location is very good - the town centre of Szeged is not far away and there is a big shopping centre in front of the apartment. There is also a parking in the premises area so you won't bother about your car. Definitely would visit this place one more time!

O experiență neplăcută din cauza centralei!

Foarte curat! Nu este f moderna locația, dar ai tot ce îți trebuie.

Faptul că nu a funcționat centrala, nu am avut apă caldă, am avut caldura doar în camere cu ajutorul unităților A/C, în spațiile comune era f frig, mai ales în holul de la intrare, erau sub 10 grade. De faptul ca nu funcționează centrala am fost informați doar cu 15 minute înainte de a ajunge, deși discutasem în scris cu proprietarul de mai multe ori în ziua respectivă. In casa era frig. Am avut rezervare pentru 3 nopți, dar am plecat dupa 2, deoarece problema centralei nu a fost rezolvata!
