The location is excellent, right in the city center on Oskola Street, which makes it very convenient. The apartment itself is basically nice and would be spacious and pleasant, even though it is converted from an older residential building.

Unfortunately, the heating situation was a serious issue for us. The bedroom had no heating at all, and several areas (kitchen, toilet, bathroom) were also unheated. Heating relied mainly on air conditioners in the living room and in one other room, plus a single old gas convector; however, this setup is clearly insufficient in winter conditions (around –2 °C), especially for heating the more distant parts of the apartment. The gas convector and its installation did not feel reassuring from a safety perspective, and the presence of carbon monoxide detector made it difficult to feel comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the kitchen was very cold; although there was a heating unit installed, no remote control was provided, so it could not be used properly. The kettle in the kitchen was also extremely limescaled and dirty, which further reduced the overall comfort. Overall, the heating system is outdated, uncomfortable in cold weather, and raises safety and maintenance concerns.

Well located apartment

The location is very good.

WiFi was unusable, I wanted to work on my laptop, it was impossible. I was misinformed about check out time and the result was not a warning message, I had to pay further money. I didn’t feel supportive approach, I felt I was punished. According to the description there is parking possibilities but it’s not true, I had to find something, this is misinformation. The double bed is okay but if there are more people, further beds are uncomfortable.

It was not hygienic, it stunk, and the curtains didn’t close well. It was worthless. It was definitely not worth the price. The price-quality ratio was not right.

I would not recommend this to anyone not at least till they fix and actually renovate this hellhole.

The only positive side was the location, nothing else.

This is FAR from luxury. It’s less than mediocre! People, don’t let the captions fool you! It was very cold, window and blinds did not work properly, door handle fell off in the toilet. There were no handsoap either. It’s a half-ready dirty little apartment which should not be rented out for tourists for this money. The staff was rude and incompetent burnt out student looking people. Not helpful.

Excellent weekend getaway

We went there like three of us, and it was super comfortable and the apartment is in the city centre and the staff was excellent and kind!

Good location, close to the main walking area.

No TV channels on TV. At arrival, no heating at all. Poor furniture. Since on ground floor, and bedroom is facing the street, all street noises make it difficult to sleep. Smelly and very small toilet, same goes for the shower.

Apartament mare, spatios, cu bucatarie utilata , baie, situat central langa Dom. In apropiere, parcare, restaurante, cofetarii, obiective turistice. Totul a fost perfect. Se plateste o cautiune care este returnata la plecare.

Arra az 1 estére elment.

Közel volt a centrumhoz, klíma, a recepciós készséges volt.

Kicsi a zuhanyzó, barna víz folyott a mozsdóból, a "francia" agy kicsi a matrac olyan mint ha vízen aludtunk volna. A hotelnek és magának az apartmannak nincs parkolója.

Kiváló helyen

A lakás elhelyezkedése kiváló. A kulcsfelvétel a szomszéd hotelben van, ami nagyon praktikus. Tágas a lakás, 3an bőven elfértünk.

A konyhában a takarítás nem volt az igazi. A hűtőben megfagytak a zöldségek... Néhány praktikus kiegészítő/kisbútor jó lenne a konyhába és a fürdőbe (edény csepegtető, kilépő törülköző és kéztörlő a fürdőbe, éjjeli lámpa az ágyhoz stb .)

Koszos panel lakas! Minden sarok pokhalos! Tanyerok régi retkes az egész! Ar érték arányban vicc! Kaucio 100 euro! Mire? Ha nincs más akkor is ez igy egy kicsit atverés. A név itt nem kötelez! Luxury

Jó elhelyezkedés, viszont hanyag tisztaság.

Kényelmes volt az ágy, jó az apartman elhelyezkedése.

A szállás több helyen koszos, pókhálós volt. Nem volt tiszta. A hirdetésben az szerepelt, hogy az apartman hangszigetelt, mi nem úgy tapasztaltuk. Felszereltséget illetően nem volt szappan, tusfürdő. Összességében jobbra számítottunk, nem valószínű hogy legközelebb is ide fogunk jönni.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó. A recepción segítőkészek és kedvesek.

A konyha egyáltalán nem felszerelt. Földszinti a lakás, ezért éjjel néha zavaró volt a forgalom - a gyalogosok hangoskodása.

Furi volt, hogy kauciót kellett fizetni, ilyen még sehol nem volt, de igazán nem volt vele probléma. Kicsit kerregett a klíma.

Ein Dach über den Kopf aber mehr auch nicht.

Das Apartment ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet und nicht gut ausgestattet. Es fehlen schon einfache Dinge wie Seife im Bad oder kleinere Handtücher. Das Apartment als Luxury Apartment zu bezeichnen ist schon irre führend. Die Toilette ist so eng das man kaum rein und raus kommt. Preis Leistung passt hier garnicht!
