OK for younger people

The flat itself was superb, like from a mode catalog. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen wonderful and the whole flat had many small and nice details. The flat itself 1000+ Good washing machine.

The location is good only for people <40 years and with no luggage. It's not usable for people over 170 cm tall. Too many "advice papers" from the owner. Wifi and such not TV worked. Warm water was very low - You can fix that with a own heatertank - not very expensive. There should be a own parking lot reserved - now too much time to find parking. The stairs were horrible. Getting the key etc was very difficult - took two hours to get the key etc. even when we were already outside the flat. Sea view .... well, perhaps not really.

De kamer zag er netjes uit.

LET OP! De omschrijving van het apartment komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Er ontbreekt belangrijke informatie. - Het appartement is slecht toegankelijk. Je kunt er met de auto lastig komen door de smalle straatjes en er is erg beperkte parkeerruimte. - Vanaf de parkeerplaats tot het apartement moet je zo'n 100 meter een stijle helling op lopen. - Het sleutelkluisje hangt 50 meter bij de voordeur vandaan aan een lantaarnpaal. - vervolgens moet je met al je bagage door een heel smal trappenhuis naar de 4e verdieping. Er is geen lift aanwezig. - Als je langer bent van 1,75 heb je een probleem want het is een zolderkamer. Op de foto's lijkt dit veel hoger dan in werkelijkheid het geval is. Alle doorgangen in het appartement zijn lager dan 1,80. - het echte vakantie gevoel ontbreekt omdat er overal briefjes hangen met instructies en regels van de eigenaar. - het dekbed bestaat uit een laken met een fleece deken er overheen. - de douche is erg klein en functioneren niet naar behoren. Het water is of heel heet of koud. Wij hadden voor 3 nachten geboekt. Wij hebben contact opgenomen met de verhuurder dat het ons erg tegenviel en niet overeenkomt met de omschrijving. Bij het uitleggen van de medische situatie van mijn man (rugklachten door een gebroken rug) hebben we vermeld hier niet langer te kunnen blijven en of er een mogelijkheid is dat we elkaar tegemoet kunnen komen in overige 2 nachten die we niet zullen blijven. We kregen als reactie dat we beter hadden moeten lezen. In de advertentie staat niks over de bereikbaarheid en de omstandigheden. Er is geen enkele simpatie voor de situatie en word er op een vijandige en onprofessionele manier gereageerd. Tip: Niet boeken!
