Lovely adventurous stay

dobra lokalizacji, przy plaży
przepiękny widok z okna na morze, bardzo blisko stacji kolejowej Pegli skąd można dostać się w 17 minut do centrum miasta. w apartamencie czysto, bardzo miła osoba zajmująca się apartamentem. Ogólnie wszystko ok
trochę głośno w nocy bo jest hałas samochodowy z ulicy, zacina się zamek do klatki schodowej i trzeba kombinować z kluczem.

Il punto forte dell'appartamento è la vista fronte mare, anche se si tratta di una zona portuale/aeroportuale. Pegli è anche interessante di per sè quindi la posizione può piacere.
Ci sono degli aspetti strutturali come il fatto che si è al secondo piano senza ascensore (scomodo per qualcuno) o il fatto che si è fronte strada molto trafficata (con finestre chiuse non si sente), o un bagno senza finestra con impianto idraulico e aereazione insufficienti, non o difficilmente modificabili. Ci sono però molti altri aspetti deludenti che sono migliorabili tra cui: 1) un letto inaccettabilmente morbido che fa venire facilmente il mal di schiena, basta intanto cambiare le vecchie reti. 2) una pulizia approssimativa (che si paga 50 Euro) specie della cucina e dei pochi piatti pentole e bicchieri presenti (migliorare la dotazione, c'è un solo calice di vino). Per il prezzo pagato (circa 120 Euro/giorno fuori stagione) non mi sembra molto accettabile.

une vue incroyable dans un très bon quartier.
Localisation parfaite, le quartier est très agréable et l'appartement à côté de la gare qui amène au centre en 20 minutes. L'appartement est confortable est surtout il y a une vue incroyable sur la mer. Le linge de maison mais aussi le liquide vaisselle, le savon pour les mains, le papier toilette sont fournis.
La literie (au moins les oreillers) peut être améliorée, il manque un torchon et un peu de vaisselle (il n'y a qu'un verre à vin )), le ménage courant est bien fait mais il faudrait peut-être un grand ménage (intérieur des placards). La route est quand même un peu bruyante?
