Het was ruim en perfect gelegen
De incheck procedure, waarvoor je naar een andere plek moest gaan. De communicatie over het uitchecken was ook niet duidelijk

It was in a good location and it was spacious
The bedsheets were not clean, there was no hot water for a shower and no one came to fix it after made a ticket with the management office. The apartment wasn’t ready for the check in time, we had to wait an hour after the check in time to check into the apartment as they were still cleaning it at 4pm. The neighbour upstairs kept banging at night after 11 pm. You were fined €40 if you didn’t take out the rubbish but yet we could find the shoot that they said was for the rubbish and we had to put our rubbish bag in the bin outside the apartment so we wouldn’t get fined. They still haven’t answered mine or my sister’s emails either.
